• Utility evaluation and report of the development site or proposed sites for purchase.
   
• Review site for operational constraints, construction conflicts and establish location of the existing utilities from which service may be extended.
   
• Study all project plans to avoid a utility design conflict.
   
• Coordinate the service locations , transformer location(s), and serving voltage with the Architect, Civil Engineer, and Electrical Engineer.
