• Provide a utility evaluation and report of the available electric, natural gas, telephone and CATV facilities. Review site for operational constraints and construction conflicts.

• Design overhead and/or underground electrical distribution or transmission systems per utility specifications.

• Design natural gas distribution systems per utility specifications.

• Coordinate the installation of outside plant communication cable and fiber optic cable.

• Design & estimate street light distribution systems. Prepare  specifications for municipal approval.

• Assist developer to resolve problems during construction.

• Prepare a cost estimate of the electric, gas, and communication installation. Include conversions and relocations if required.
